The 36th edition of the Boat Fair was officially inaugurated on March 28th at 12:00 noon in the port area of the Marina, consolidating itself as one of the major nautical references in the country and southern Europe.
The traditional ribbon cutting kicked off the event, with the presence of Lluc Puig, director of the Marina Empuriabrava, and the mayoress of Castelló, who have toured the different stands and greeted the exhibitors. Then, visitors were able to begin to discover the novelties of the fair.
This year, the fair has about 325 boats of all types and almost all brands on the market. Visitors can find inflatables, large and small motor boats, fishing-passenger models, sports boats and the typical menorquinas, ideal for a more relaxed navigation. There is also a wide range of jet skis.
A total of 32 nautical exhibitors present their best offers in new, pre-owned and second-hand boats, adapting to all types of public. At the fair, nautical advisors offer information and personalized advice to help visitors find the boat that best suits their needs.
In addition to the boats, the central building of the Plaza de las Palmeras has informative nautical stands, where visitors can learn how to obtain a boating license quickly and safely, an option designed to facilitate access to the world of sailing to all audiences. And, as is tradition, the “Creps i Events” stand will be present again, for those with a sweet tooth, which will offer a delicious stop for all visitors.
Although the day has started with wind, this does not prevent visiting the boats normally. The Fair is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm until April 5, with free access and parking very close to the enclosure.
