This week, we have participated in the Technical Conference of the Catalan Marinas, held in Roses. This event is a key meeting point for the sector, where the main challenges and opportunities for the future linked to innovation, sustainability and management of port facilities are addressed.
The meeting brought together professionals and representatives of the nautical sector to share experiences, knowledge and developments related to the management and future of marinas.
Participation in this conference has been very interesting and enriching, offering an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen ties with other professionals in the sector and continue to focus on innovation and quality of port services.
We would especially like to highlight the participation of our director, Lluc Puig, who acted as moderator at the round table “Technical Solutions Applied to Our Ports”.
During the two days, fundamental issues for the nautical sector were discussed:
- Innovation: presentations on new technologies by Goma Motor and De Antonio Yachts.
- Coastal management: discussions with the Parc Natural del Cap de Creus and institutional representatives.
- Blue economy: analysis of the role of marinas as engines of sustainable economic activity.
- Future of the sector: reflections on current legal issues and sustainable mobility strategies within the framework of the Horizon 2030 Port Plan.
The participation reaffirms Marina Empuriabrava’s commitment to the evolution of the sector, promoting collaboration between ports and the continuous improvement of the services we offer to our customers.
